LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITIES
The Synchronised Nutrition & Activity Program (SNAPTM) was developed to address the need for a valid, reliable, low-burden, simple, cost-effective and engaging method of accurately assessing energy balance-related behaviours in school-aged children at a group level.

SNAPTM is a web based assessment program, aimed at children in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 and enables the collection and examination of data relating to behaviours which impact on health and childhood obesity, which can be related to the outcomes of the Every Child Matters green paper.

To see how the program works, please click here.

If you are interested in using SNAPTM to assess dietary intake and physical activity levels in the schools in your authority, please click here to find out more.

Face to face meetings to explore how you could use SNAPTM, bespoke datasets, feedback and help with interpretation are available via our consultancy service.
